A typical site goes live within 30 days of a confirmed order. We aim to survey your site within a week of your enquiry, sooner if it can be done remotely, then install and configure the network from there. Larger or hardware-heavy sites are scoped up front so you always have a firm go-live date. You can also see a guided live walk-through of the platform straight away, before committing to anything.

Salvus integrates with HR and payroll systems (SAP SuccessFactors), project controls (Procore), ERP (SAP), communications (Microsoft Teams) and BI tools, with permit-to-work and additional integrations on the roadmap.

Customer data is hosted in the UK. The Salvus Network is GDPR-compliant, Cyber Essentials certified, with ISO 27001 certification in progress and a documented sub-processor list available in the trust centre.

Safety tags are carried by every worker. The points detect nearby safety tags and give authorised response teams an up-to-date view of where people were last detected, helping them identify potentially occupied areas during an evacuation or major incident, without anyone signing in or out.

No. Removing the human factor is the whole point. Workers simply carry their safety tag, there is nothing to sign, no button to press, no app to open and no name to call back. The Safety Detection Points do the detecting and the network does the counting, so accountability never depends on someone remembering a step under pressure. At a muster point, a single Safety Point reads up to 500 safety tags at once and marks everyone safe automatically as they arrive.

No. The Safety Detection Points detect safety tags as people move through your existing routes, so there are no turnstiles and no choke points to manage. Workers carry on as normal and the network keeps the count accurate in the background.

The moment an alarm is raised, the live picture shifts to evacuation mode: everyone still inside a hazard zone is highlighted, and head counts update at each muster point as people arrive. Wardens see who is accounted for and who is still missing in real time, replacing paper roll-call with a timestamped, auditable record.

If a worker's safety tag stops being detected for longer than the threshold you set, the network raises a welfare alert to the operator console so someone can check on them. This gives you a chance to intervene before a quiet incident becomes a serious one.

Yes. The same Safety Detection Points that read worker safety tags also read asset tags, so tools, plant, gas detectors and other high-value or safety-critical equipment appear on the same live view. You can see where an asset was last detected, when it was last seen, and get an alert if it leaves site without authorisation.

Every person on site, employee or contractor, carries a safety tag linked to their induction status and access permissions. Only inducted, authorised people are cleared for restricted zones; if someone enters a zone they are not signed off for, the network flags it and can escort the record to the induction centre for resolution.

Yes. Safety Detection Points cover gates, buildings, floors and outdoor zones, and the live picture spans the whole site on one map. You can drill from a site overview into a building cross-section or an individual floor to see where people were last detected.

The Salvus Network supports personnel accountability duties under COMAH 2015, DSEAR, ATEX, CDM 2015 and HSG253-style register keeping. It provides the live head counts, timestamped muster records and auditable access history that these regimes expect during and after an incident.

Accuracy scales with the hardware tier. Zone-level awareness, which building, floor or muster point someone was last detected in, is enough for evacuation, mustering and compliance and comes with the standard configuration. Where you need precise real-time positioning, the Enterprise tier adds higher-resolution hardware.

The platform is GDPR-compliant with UK data residency and a documented lawful basis focused on safety and accountability. Because safety tags support evacuation and mustering rather than surveillance, and there are no turnstiles or manual sign-in, the system is typically well received once the safety purpose is explained. A DPA is available in the trust centre.

The last detected location and time-on-site for each safety tag are retained, so an offline tag shows as last seen rather than simply vanishing. Stale tags are surfaced to operators so gaps in coverage are visible rather than silent.
