Privacy policy

Last updated July 2026

This policy explains what personal data The Salvus Network Ltd collects, why we collect it, and the rights you have. We are the data controller for the information described here.

Data we collect

When you contact us or request a demo, we collect the details you provide, your name, work email, company, role and information about your site. We also collect basic, cookieless analytics about how our website is used.

For deployed customers, the platform processes safety tag reads associated with workers and assets you have configured. This is done under your instructions as the data processor.

How we use it

We use your contact details to respond to enquiries, arrange demos and provide the service. We use aggregated analytics to improve the website. We do not sell personal data.

Where your data is stored

All personal data is processed and stored in the United Kingdom. We use vetted sub-processors (listed on our Trust page) under appropriate data-processing terms.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or request portability. To exercise any right, email [email protected].

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a cookieless, EU-hosted service that collects no personal data and sets no cookies. This means we do not show a cookie-consent banner because none is required.

Retention

We keep enquiry data only as long as necessary to respond and maintain our business records, after which it is deleted. Customer platform data is retained per your contract and deletion instructions.
